Cultural arts Program
The Cultural Arts Program provides opportunities for cultural expression. It includes a number of public initiatives such as pow-wows, cultural dance presentations, craft-making projects, music festivals, and art exhibits. These activities serve as forums for Native artisans, craft makers, dancers, and storytellers to come together, sharpen their talents, exhibit their skills, and share their culture. The events also provide an opportunity to bring awareness to the public about authentic Native American culture and traditions and for the public to participate in the rich cultural heritage. MCNAA cultural arts activities and projects are not only held at our Center but are held on a larger scale in cities and towns throughout Massachusetts.
